  • Our team is looking for a friendly Customer Support Team Lead that genuinely cares about providing amazing service to all customers. This person must have experience in managing / supervising customer support agents.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Keep our customers happy!

    • Maintain high standards of customer service to hit company KPIs

    • Monitor support metrics to understand how we are doing

    • Be your team’s biggest cheerleader, through the ups and downs

    • Proactively coach support agents to continually raise standards and improve performance

    • Keep a friendly relationship with our suppliers

    • Regularly review customer support systems and processes for ways we can optimise how we work

    • Admin including making shift schedules, approving team holiday etc.
